When booking the spa, we collect: name, e-mail address, phone number, number of guests and chosen time slot. You also confirm you are of legal age and have read the contraindications: we only keep that confirmation, no health data is stored.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
Your data is used to manage your booking and payment, send you a confirmation, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Your data is accessible to our authorised staff and technical processors: Stripe (payment), Amazon Web Services (hosting of the site and booking engine, and delivery of confirmation e-mails via Amazon SES). We do not sell or rent your data.
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the service, then for the legal retention period of accounting records (10 years in Belgium). Unfinished bookings are deleted shortly.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to s.couckhuyt@hotelcasinoelite.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
